Tochil Petroleum and Gas Limited, is a multi- disciplinary Consulting outfit registered to undertake project financing and management. The company was duly registered on 17th March, 2003 (RC. 474733). And also, a member of TOCHIL GROUP.
These strategic objectives are set out in the Articles of Organization as follows:
- Strategic Investments in Refineries and other Production Facilities such as Natural Gas,
- Development of Crude Oil and Natural Gas Sources for Commercial Applications;
- Distribution of Crude Oil Related Technologies to Enhanced Environmentally Friendly Exploitation.

The Vision of Tochil Petroleum and Gas Limited is the sustainable development of energy-related natural resource endowments in partnership with national and local stakeholder groups through the transfer of investment capital and technology and the empowerment of local stakeholders.
Tochil Petroleum and Gas Limited gives preference to working with rural and poor communities in Nigeria through strategic partnerships that make these communities stakeholders in investments, especially where the natural resources under development are based in these localities. It therefore believes in empowerment of these stakeholders to participate effectively in investment decisions and management practices, through well targeted training and skills development programs, human resource development practices, joint ownership patterns, and eventual turn-over of majority ownership to national and local partners

Corporate Structure
Tochil Petroleum and Gas Limited is a Limited Liability Corporation with an international Board of Directors representing the investment trusts and priority values of the firm. The Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer is Amb. Tochil Nwaneri, who is an expert in Information and Development Economics.
Technology and Management with vast experience working in international development in Asia/Africa.
The Company work on teamwork basis, whereby every project handled by a selected team of professionals having the experience that is especially relevant to the project and to the best advantage of the client. At present, the Chief Executive Officer coordinates all assignments. He has the ultimate responsibility to the client and is responsible for ensuring quality of output, Organization & Methods (O&M) and Total Quality Management (TQM).
